Ashley Fernandes
He is the Board Member of Xavier – Emlyon business school and also the India head for emlyon business school and the Governing Board Member of Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI)!
Ashley is an alumnus of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, emlyon business school and Institut d’Etudes politiques Lyon. Formerly an investment banker, Deputy Ceo of a listed company on NYSE-Euronext, multi-entrepreneur; Ashley is currently President of BARNABY&FERNS, an international consulting boutique firm he founded in 2014. He is a former international Hockey player. In short he is a “Human in Progress” as he characterizes himself.
Nathalie Belhoste
She is Associate Professor at emlyon. She is also the Academic Director of this dual degree for the French part. She holds a Master from emlyon and a Phd in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris.
Her research work focuses on the impact of geopolitics on multinational corporations but also on the impact of MNCs on geopolitical phenomena. With more than 15 years of experience in various business schools, she has been a visiting professor in many universities such as Columbia University and Cardiff Business School. She contributed for 7 years to the organization of the Grenoble Geopolitics Festival, the largest French event on geopolitical issues.
She has been involved in the executive education of various French companies on corporate geopolitical responsibility and is a regular contributor to the French press.
Christine Baldy-Ngayo
She is currently the Associate Dean of Executive Education at emlyon business school. She is responsible for designing and implementing the development strategy for the Executive Education division. This includes programs such as the Executive MBA, the International MBA, the Global DBA, the Executive Master General Management and short programs on all emlyon campuses: Lyon, Saint-Etienne, Paris, Shanghai, Casablanca, Bhubaneswar, and Mumbai. Driven by the values of high standards, integrity, diversity, solidarity, and responsibility, emlyon business school promotes social and environmental commitment, academic excellence, and international networking.
Christine Baldy-Ngayo is an experienced executive both in executive education and in management consulting in international environments.
At HEC Paris, she contributed to executives’ careers and life transformation through leading the academic affairs of the HEC MBA programs and through developing key international corporate accounts.

She is passionate by executive development to impact people, the workspace, business, as well as the social and environment arenas. Raised in the south of France, having lived and work in the USA, UK, Norway, and Switzerland, she has built-up a multicultural family, social and professional network.
She graduated from the Grande École Program of emlyon business school (1997) and holds a PhD in Management Sciences from HEC Paris (2011), nominated for the HEC Foundation Award. She also holds a MSc in Research in Management from La Sorbonne Paris and a BA in Economics from the University of Lyon, France and the University of Sussex, UK.”
Fr. V. Arokiyadass SJ
He is the Chief Financing Officer of XIM University, Deputy Registrar of XIMB and Associate professor of the School of Commerce, XIM University.
Fr. V. Arokiyadass SJ has a PhD in Finance from Madras University, M. Phil in Finance from Loyola College Chennai and M. Com in Income Tax from Loyola College Chennai.
S. Antony Joseph Raj SJ
He is the Lecturer in Xavier School of Human Resources Management; Counselor in Residence; Prefect of Students’ Residences & Deputy Registrar of the New Campus. Having a work experience of more than 30 years, he has published one book and two book chapters.
Dr. Elizabeth Abba
She is the Associate Professor at Xavier School of Sustainability and Associate Dean at International Relations of XIM University.
Dr. Elizabeth has ten years of research experience at National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Mumbai Zonal Laboratory, 8 years of teaching and 2 years of consultancy experience in Environmental Science. She published her research work in 13 peer reviewed international, 8 national journals and one book chapter.
Prof. Dr. Arun Kumar Paul
He is the Dean of Xavier – Emlyon business school and also the Professor in Operations Management and Decision Sciences (OM & DS) area at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), XIM University.
He has over 26 years of industry experience, starting his career as Design Engineer and then moving on to the level of Project Manager, where he headed capital projects for Tata group of companies. He was awarded the National Education Leadership Award in 2013 as best teacher in Operations Management area.
