Ashley is an alumnus of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, emlyon business school and Institut d’Etudes politiques Lyon. Formerly an investment banker, Deputy Ceo of a listed company on NYSE-Euronext, multi-entrepreneur; Ashley is currently President of BARNABY&FERNS, an international consulting boutique firm he founded in 2014. He is a former international Hockey player. In short he is a “Human in Progress” as he characterizes himself.
Doctor in management, organizational and decision-making sciences, Annabel-Mauve possesses the rare skill of being an expert in both initial training and continuing education, developed during her high-level career path with in several French “Grandes Écoles”.
Annabel-Mauve BONNEFOUS has taught leadership, corporate social responsibility and political intelligence of leaders in HEC Paris for 16 years. From 2010 to 2017, she was responsible for the development and the educational leadership of several tailor-made programs for executives and business leaders. With the help of her team, she also designed and delivered the Leadership program of HEC Paris’ Executive MBA. In addition, she also worked as a coach of executives and management committees, and as a regular lecturer for Science Po Paris, during this period.
After being in charge of NEOMA’s “People and Organizations” academic department, she then took over the management of the “Grande École” Program, the Masters of Science as well as the Specialized Masters for Toulouse Business School’s 5 campuses, in 2018.
Within two years, she carried out two major reforms: on the first hand, she created 27 Masters of Science, each based on the key skills of the teaching staff. On the other hand, she created the first certificate of Excellence in « Soft Skills », designed to meet the requirements of continuing education as well as initial training.
Well-known for her dedication to academic and pedagogical excellence, Annabel-Mauve is also recognized for her active commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility of organizations. Her research has focused on these subjects, as well as on intercultural cooperation and new sustainable models in Central Africa, Argentina and France. She has published two books, based on her research on leadership and the political intelligence of leaders: “Sharpen your political acumen in business” (“Aiguisez votre sens politique en entreprise”) (2015) and “Situational Intelligence” (“L’intelligence situationnelle”) (2017).
For almost 10 years, Nicolas Péjout has been holding leading positions in higher education and research, following a professional experience in diplomacy (French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs) and in organizational consulting and management (Eurogroup Consulting, in defence and health sectors).
At Sciences Po, he was Dean of Campus Life from 2011 to 2013, in charge of student life, management of affiliate professors, disability policy and relations with student unions. From 2013 to 2018, he is a member of the Executive Committee of Sciences Po, and runs executive education (200 programs for 7,000 executives a year and an annual turnover of €15M), a business activity he successfully turned around with his team. He was also running the commercial valuation subsidiary (Sciences Po Services), the summer schools and digital pedagogy.
In 2018, he joins the Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, as Managing Director of Services, ensuring the implementation of the strategy from 2017-2020. He runs business services (student training and student life 9,200 students, global affairs 215 partners, corporate relations 1,500, communication, alumni 90,000) and support functions (finance annual budget of €120M, digital, human resources, legal, corporate real estate). He is most particularly dedicated to implementing the transformation of Dauphine through its digitalization, the renovation of the campus in Paris and a global approach of quality of life at work. He is also a a board member of the Dauphine Foundation.

Fr. V. Arokiyadass SJ has a PhD in Finance from Madras University, M. Phil in Finance from Loyola College Chennai and M. Com in Income Tax from Loyola College Chennai.

He is the Lecturer in Xavier School of Human Resources Management; Counselor in Residence; Prefect of Students’ Residences & Deputy Registrar of the New Campus. Having a work experience of more than 30 years, he has published one book and two book chapters.
Dr. Elizabeth Abba
She is the Associate Professor at Xavier School of Sustainability and Associate Dean at International Relations of XIM University.
Dr. Elizabeth has ten years of research experience at National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Mumbai Zonal Laboratory, 8 years of teaching and 2 years of consultancy experience in Environmental Science. She published her research work in 13 peer reviewed international, 8 national journals and one book chapter.
Prof. Dr. Arun Kumar Paul
He is the Dean of Xavier – Emlyon business school and also the Professor in Operations Management and Decision Sciences (OM & DS) area at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), XIM University.
He has over 26 years of industry experience, starting his career as Design Engineer and then moving on to the level of Project Manager, where he headed capital projects for Tata group of companies. He was awarded the National Education Leadership Award in 2013 as best teacher in Operations Management area.
