INTERNATIONAL SPORTS MANAGEMENT (ISM)
The Dual Master’s (MBA- MSc*) Program in International Sports Management (ISM) is a joint program combining the M.B.A from XIM University Bhubaneswar and the MSc degree from emlyon business school. It aims to give potential top-level managers the necessary skill sets to hold leading positions in sports and entertainment companies. Taking place in India and France, the Dual Master’s Program is a project-based and transdisciplinary program focusing on responsible leadership. Providing a global perspective of the sports and entertainment market dynamics, it is designed to help students gain core competencies to lead the change and overcome the sports business orthodoxy that have shaped the success of the past. This strong hands-on training program pays great attention to the development of personal and professional qualities to enable participants make their difference. In the program, learning experience is active and varied and it takes students adopt specific attitudes and behaviours, such as autonomy, curiosity, critical thinking, involvement, and commitment.
* – The MSc degree is without Autorisation Provisioire de Séjour (APS) i.e. without Temporary Resident Permit in France.
